What: Los Angeles City Councilmember Bill Rosendahl will join the Los Angeles Police Department for the second annual Holiday Carnival and Toy Giveaway.

The event will feature music, refreshments, free toys for children, and tons of real snow.

The Los Angeles Police Department held a toy drive for the last three months in preparation for the holiday giveaway.

The event is free and open to the public.
